      WebAppBase.DefinitionStages.WithCreate<FluentT> withStickyConnectionString(String name, String value, ConnectionStringType type)
      Adds a connection string to the web app. This connection string will be swapped as well after a deployment slot swap.

      value - the connection string value
      type - the connection string type
