      Gets the operation status for a private endpoint connection.
      Parameters:
      vaultName - The name of the recovery services vault.
      resourceGroupName - The name of the resource group where the recovery services vault is present.
      privateEndpointConnectionName - The name of the private endpoint connection.
      operationId - Operation id.
      context - The context to associate with this operation.
      Returns:
      the operation status for a private endpoint connection along with Response.
      Throws:
      IllegalArgumentException - thrown if parameters fail the validation.
      com.azure.core.management.exception.ManagementException - thrown if the request is rejected by server.
      RuntimeException - all other wrapped checked exceptions if the request fails to be sent.
