      Returns the list of available operations.
      Returns:
      operations List response which contains list of available APIs as paginated response with PagedIterable.
      Throws:
      com.azure.core.management.exception.ManagementException - thrown if the request is rejected by server.
      RuntimeException - all other wrapped checked exceptions if the request fails to be sent.
