        Checks the name availability of the resource with requested resource name.
        Parameters:
        body - NameAvailabilityRequest object.
        Returns:
        the check availability result.
        Throws:
        IllegalArgumentException - thrown if parameters fail the validation.
        com.azure.core.management.exception.ManagementException - thrown if the request is rejected by server.
        RuntimeException - all other wrapped checked exceptions if the request fails to be sent.
