      void delete(String resourceGroupName, String dnsResolverName, String ifMatch)
      Deletes a DNS resolver. WARNING: This operation cannot be undone.
      Parameters:
      resourceGroupName - The name of the resource group. The name is case insensitive.
      dnsResolverName - The name of the DNS resolver.
      ifMatch - ETag of the resource. Omit this value to always overwrite the current resource. Specify the last-seen ETag value to prevent accidentally overwriting any concurrent changes.
      Throws:
      IllegalArgumentException - thrown if parameters fail the validation.
      com.azure.core.management.exception.ManagementException - thrown if the request is rejected by server.
      RuntimeException - all other wrapped checked exceptions if the request fails to be sent.
