      Lists all available actions exposed by the Database Migration Service resource provider.

      Returns:
      oData page of action (operation) objects as paginated response with PagedIterable.
      Throws:
      com.azure.core.management.exception.ManagementException - thrown if the request is rejected by server.
      RuntimeException - all other wrapped checked exceptions if the request fails to be sent.
