Register files in Syms.

Parameters:

id - The name of the database to be created. The name can contain only alphanumeric characters and should not exceed 24 characters.

registerBody - The body for the register request.

IllegalArgumentException - thrown if parameters fail the validation.

ErrorContractException - thrown if the request is rejected by server.

RuntimeException - all other wrapped checked exceptions if the request fails to be sent.
